These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TournifyPK — Pakistan's dedicated esports tournament platform. By registering an account or participating in any tournament, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
TournifyPK is open to all residents of Pakistan aged 13 and above. Players under 18 require parental or guardian consent to register and participate in paid tournaments. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure. Do not share your account with any other person — account sharing results in immediate suspension. TournifyPK will never ask for your password via email, social media, or WhatsApp. Report suspected unauthorized access immediately via our contact page.
3. Tournament Participation
When you register for a tournament, you commit to completing your matches on schedule. No-shows without notification 30 minutes prior to your scheduled match will result in disqualification. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension. Tournament rules are binding once registration is confirmed — read them before you register, not after.
4. Fair Play and Anti-Cheat
Competitive integrity is non-negotiable on TournifyPK. The following are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account termination:
- Use of any unauthorized software, scripts, or exploits
- Account boosting, smurfing, or playing under false identities
- Match fixing, deliberate losses, or bracket manipulation
- Sharing tournament access credentials with non-registered players
TournifyPK cooperates with game publishers' anti-cheat systems and reserves the right to impose additional bans based on information from these systems.
5. Prizes and Payouts
Prize pools are distributed within 5 business days of tournament completion. Winners must provide valid JazzCash or EasyPaisa account details. TournifyPK is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment information. Prize winnings may be subject to Pakistani tax regulations — it is your responsibility to comply with applicable tax laws.
6. Entry Fees
Entry fees are non-refundable once a tournament begins, except in the case of event cancellation by TournifyPK. If a tournament is cancelled before it begins, all entry fees will be refunded within 3 business days. Partial refunds for partially completed tournaments are at TournifyPK's sole discretion.
7. Conduct and Community Standards
TournifyPK operates a zero-tolerance policy toward harassment, hate speech, and abusive communication. This applies to in-game chat, platform messaging, and any communication in TournifyPK-related spaces including Discord and WhatsApp groups. Violations result in escalating penalties from warning to permanent ban. See our Community Guidelines for the complete conduct code.
8. Intellectual Property
All TournifyPK content — including the platform, logos, tournament designs, and original articles — is the intellectual property of TournifyPK and its licensors. Players retain ownership of their own gameplay footage. By participating in TournifyPK tournaments, you grant TournifyPK a non-exclusive license to broadcast, stream, and publish highlights of your gameplay for promotional purposes.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes are resolved by TournifyPK administrators whose decisions are final. Disputes must be submitted within 30 minutes of the incident with supporting evidence (screenshots, video). Decisions are communicated within 4 hours during events. TournifyPK does not arbitrate disputes arising outside the platform.
10. Liability Limitations
TournifyPK provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service. TournifyPK is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, network issues, or game server problems that affect tournament outcomes. In cases where platform failure demonstrably affects tournament integrity, TournifyPK will reschedule or re-play affected matches at its discretion.
11. Changes to These Terms
TournifyPK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notification with 14 days advance notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
