Refund basics
Refund eligibility depends on the product, tournament status, organizer policy, payment method, and whether a team has already checked in or played.
Tournament entries
Entry fees may be refundable before the published registration deadline if the team has not checked in and the organizer policy allows it. Once brackets are generated or matches begin, refunds may be limited.
Cancelled events
If a paid tournament or LAN event is cancelled by the organizer or platform, participants should receive the refund or credit process described in the event announcement.
