Disputes exist to protect competitive fairness when players disagree about match results, rule violations, technical issues, or eligibility.
Evidence
Players should submit clear screenshots, match room evidence, scoreboards, chat records, stream clips, or organizer-approved proof as soon as possible.
Review process
- A player or team submits a dispute from the match page.
- The organizer or referee reviews the submitted evidence.
- Both sides may be asked for additional proof.
- The final decision is applied to the match or bracket.
