The Fair Play Code
TournifyPK exists to make Pakistani esports more competitive, more professional, and more welcoming. These Community Guidelines are the behavior standard we hold every player, team, and organizer to — without exception. They apply in tournaments, platform chat, Discord, WhatsApp groups, and any space associated with TournifyPK events.
1. Respect Every Opponent
Win or lose, treat your opponents with respect. Pakistani esports is a community — your opponent today is your potential teammate tomorrow, and your ambassador to the competitive gaming world at all times. Trash talk that stays competitive and good-natured is part of esports culture. Personal attacks, threats, and targeted harassment are not.
Prohibited: Slurs, hate speech, targeted harassment, threats of any kind, doxxing (publishing personal information about opponents).
2. Compete With Integrity
The results on this platform mean something because everyone plays fairly. Cheating poisons what we're building. This means:
- No unauthorized software or hardware that provides game advantages
- No account sharing or playing under someone else's identity
- No deliberate match throwing or bracket manipulation
- No exploiting bugs that aren't intended game mechanics
We investigate all integrity complaints seriously and permanently ban confirmed cheaters without appeal.
3. Communicate Professionally
Your communications represent you, your team, and the Pakistani esports community. Whether you're reporting a result, filing a dispute, or talking in team chat, keep it professional. Clear, factual communication resolves disputes faster and builds your reputation as a reliable competitor.
4. Honor Your Commitments
When you register for a tournament, you commit to playing it. No-shows disrespect your opponents, the organizers, and everyone who planned their time around the event. If something comes up, notify your opponent and the tournament admin as early as possible. Life happens — communication is what separates a problem from a crisis.
5. Support Newer Players
The Pakistani esports ecosystem grows when experienced players mentor those coming up. If you're established in the scene, consider offering guidance to newer players — in communities, in coaching, in how you handle losing to or beating newcomers. The rising tide lifts all boats.
6. Represent Pakistan Well
When Pakistani teams and players compete, they carry the flag of a community that's working hard to be taken seriously internationally. Every interaction in international esports spaces — forums, global Discord servers, international tournaments — is an opportunity to demonstrate that Pakistani competitive gaming is professional, skilled, and worthy of investment.
Reporting Violations
If you witness a violation of these guidelines, report it immediately through the dispute system or by contacting conduct@tournify.pk. Include specific details and evidence. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours, sooner during active tournaments.
Consequences
Warning: First minor violation with written acknowledgment required
Match loss: Violations affecting competitive integrity
Event ban: Serious violations or second major offense
Platform ban (30-90 days): Repeated violations or egregious single incidents

These guidelines exist to protect the community you're part of. Uphold them, and the community upholds you.
