In The Blood of Dawnwalker, Coen can get himself accidentally poisoned if he drinks Iulian’s or Ambrus’s poisoned blood in the Gilded Gauntlet quest. This happens if you helped Iulian complete the ritual in The Bittersweet Toast quest and then either drink directly from Iulian yourself when Ambrus offers it, or drink from Ambrus after he is defeated, after getting poisoned by Iulian.
