Journey to the East is a quest item in Path of Exile 2 that players can get as they're doing the Grand Expedition questline in the endgame. To use it, you need to go to Dannig in Act 4. He'll use the Journey to the East item, and when he does, a new Garment of Rings option will appear in his dialog box. This option is directly tied to Loreweave, one of the secret Unique items in PoE 2, but you'll have to do a bit more work in order to get your hands on that.
