Rita Repulsa is practically synonymous with the Power Rangers franchise. As the first major villain of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, she spent years sending monsters after the Rangers, scheming to conquer Earth, and making life miserable for Angel Grove. Her ridiculous costumes, unmistakable laugh, and endless supply of henchmen have made her one of the most recognizable Power Rangers characters, but the franchise has introduced plenty of other great antagonists since Rita first arrived.
