As the latest Pokemon TCG Pocket expansion shows, 2026 is a huge year for Pokemon, as the series celebrates 30 years since the release of Pokemon Red and Green in Japan in 1996. New Pokemon games, DLCs, expansions, card sets, in-game events, and spin-offs are being announced all the time as a result. Pokemon TCG Pocket is in the same boat, with yet another set launching as early as next week, between July 29 and July 30, depending on time zones.
