Capcom has revealed that the six most recent games in the Resident Evil series will soon be available for purchase on Nintendo Switch 2. The Resident Evil franchise has a long history on Nintendo systems, but Switch owners largely missed out on the series. Capcom made some of its older games available on Nintendo's previous platform, but this mostly resulted in ports like Resident Evil 0 and Resident Evil Revelations. Meanwhile, newer games ended up on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
