Lord of the Rings: Legolas Officially Announced

Few characters in The Lord of the Ringsare as immediately recognizable as Legolas, which means the announcement of Lord of the Rings: Legolas is not surprising at all. Orlando Bloom's portrayal of the Elven prince helped make him one of the most memorable members of the Fellowship, with his calm personality and almost supernatural skill with a bow making him stand out throughout Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings trilogy. Even among a cast filled with iconic characters, Legolas became one of the faces most closely associated with Middle-earth.
