During Silent Hill Townfall's Part 2: Zoe, you'll be required to check on Mr. Stewart, who lives in the Shorefront District - North of St. Amelia. In order to reach Mr. Stewart, you're going to need to travel through St.Amelia Park to the east, through the Community Gardens. However, the gate is unfortunately locked!
