The Grasping Orchid is a secret part of the Genesis Tree in Path of Exile 2 that can only be revealed once players unlock the Flesh Flower skill in the Breach Atlas Passive Tree. The Flesh Flower skill allows players to take the head of Vruun, one of Xesht's marshalls that occasionally appear during Stabilized Breach encounters. Beat Vruun to take their head, then bring it back to the Genesis Tree.
