The Molten Shrine is an explorable side area that contains a nifty permanent upgrade for your character in Path of Exile 2. You can find the Molten Shrine somewhere in the vicinity of Khari Crossing, one of the interlude acts of PoE 2. Explore Khari Crossing, and you'll eventually find a cave entrance inside a giant skeleton's mouth. Head inside, and you'll arrive at a miniature dungeon that contains an item that will permanently boost your max health when consumed.
