Goku & Vegeta Are Officially Stronger Than the Gods of Destruction

At the start of Dragon Ball Super, the idea of Goku and Vegeta ever rivaling a God of Destruction – let alone surpassing one – felt impossible. Beerus was so much stronger than anything the Saiyans faced in Dragon Ball Z, not even needing to use his full power to destroy Super Saiyan God Goku when they fought.
