Any RPG that needs an online connection faces the threat of disconnection, and Final Fantasy 7: Ever Crisis will succumb to this fate soon. Before that happens, Square Enix will also shut down FF14 Mobile in China on September 30, ending that experiment before a global expansion. Sadly, these two games aren't the only RPGs set to sunset soon.
