DLSS Swapper just became even more useful, as the upscaler-switching software has rolled out a bulk DLL swapping feature in the latest update.

Version 1.2.7.0 adds a Bulk Swap button to the top right hand menu. Click on it, and you can select multiple games (or all of them) from your libraries at once, before individually selecting your upscaling version preferences in one handy menu (via Techpowerup). Hit apply, and they all get updated at the same time.

There are many different iterations of DLSS, FSR, and XeSS to choose from, including separate frame generation options and individual upscaler presets. And should a change cause issues, your games can be restored to their original DLLs and preset settings en masse, too.

It's the little things in life, isn't it? This update also adds DLSS Frame Generation Preset C, which is the new beta version that is supposed to significantly boost performance in exchange for a slight drop in visual fidelity. Up to 35% on an RTX 5060, supposedly.

I've had some odd visual results when messing around with different upscaler versions in certain games (Crimson Desert, I'm looking at you), so the option to easily roll back changes either individually or all at once is a welcome one. I might have a mess around with Preset C later, though, just to see if I can gain a few frames.

A word of warning. DLSS Swapper points out on first boot that messing around with game files could cause some anti-cheat software to flag the changes, so it's probably best to avoid anything with an online component. Lest the banhammer strike for thee.
