Crunchyroll’s Wistoria: Wand & Sword Blu-Ray Release Is the Best Way to Watch

Currently in the midst of its second season, Wistoria: Wand & Sword has become a juggernaut of the adventure fantasy genre since Fujino Omori's manga series first hit the scene in 2020. Its epic story is still ongoing in the pages of Bessatsu Shonen Magazine, and fans around the world have become wildly obsessed with its protagonist, Will Serfort. In Autumn 2025, Crunchyroll released the first season of the anime adaptation on Blu-ray, and after binging both discs, I'm convinced that physical media feels extra special when you're a mega fan of a certain series. Wistoria: Wand & Sword is captivating from Episode 1, and being able to bring the magic home for rewatch after rewatch feels like a huge win as streaming services face increased criticism.
