The doors to Finance, Public Relations, Human Resources, and the Media Department will remain locked until you get the Access Card Level 3 & 4. As such, your main objective from inside the CEG HQ in Part 5: Richard will be to climb from Floor 2 to Floor 5 so that you can find the Access Card and use it to open the previously locked doors, which will help you in your escape.
