During Sequence 8 of Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced, you'll obtain Blackbeard's Treasure Map. Unlike most of the game's other treasure maps, the map to Blackbeard's treasure does not have coordinates written on it, although the sketch makes it fairly obvious where you need to go. Look just to the north of Kingston, and you'll find Anotto Bay at the coordinates 590, 244.
