The Epochal Integration Hand Cannon in Destiny 2 received a reprised/re-issued version with the launch of the Monument of Triumph update, and it now has enough perks in its pool to rival some of the other fan-favorite Legendary HCs in the game (namely Zaouli's Bane). You can get Epochal Integration as a random drop from Neomuna, but considering its fairly low drop rate, you'll want to focus specifically on doing Terminal Overload if you want to get this weapon in Destiny 2.
