We're Getting the Wrong Rare Game Adaptation With Sea of Thieves

Xbox has officially announced a live-action movie based on Sea of Thieves, which will be directed by Destin Daniel Cretton. Since launching in 2018, Sea of Thieves has been a big success story for Xbox and developer Rare. With more than 40 million players across multiple platforms, it's not surprising that Sea of Thieves is the latest video game to get optioned for a big screen adaptation. However, while it might make financial sense for Xbox, but there are some Rare games that are way more deserving of the silver screen treatment.
