Steam is packed with cozy games these days, but as with the increasing discoverability crisis affecting all indie games on PC, it's becoming harder for new releases to get proper, deserved attention. Meanwhile, farming sims inspired by Stardew Valley are everywhere, and Lovecraftian horror is a whole different thing with its own gaming niches and challenges, despite pop culture's love for cosmic monsters, unsettling mysteries, and psychological dread.
