Per Variety, Yellowstone creator Taylor Sheridan is facing a copyright infringement lawsuit over the origins of his hit Paramount TV show. TV writer and journalist Lauren J. Salkin has filed a lawsuit alleging that elements of her previously submitted project were used in the creation of Yellowstone, one of the biggest television franchises of the past decade. 101 Studios, Paramount, and Elevate Entertainment are also named in the suit.
