There has been a tremendous amount of hype for Orbitals ever since the anime-inspired co-op adventure was revealed at The Game Awards last year and confirmed to be a Switch 2 exclusive. Between its unique aesthetic and early comparisons to Hazelight’s It Takes Two and Split Fiction, expectations are understandably high. Based on what I’ve played, not only am I confident that Shapefarm’s upcoming sci-fi epic will live up to those lofty expectations, it’s going to hyperjump right on past them.
