One Highly Anticipated Open-World RPG Is Getting Awfully Close to Be Skipping Gamescom 2026 ONL

Gamescom 2026 is undoubtedly one of the biggest events of the year, so it would have seemed like the perfect opportunity for the next Kingdom Come game to debut. That wasn't the case, though, and considering developer Warhorse Studios' ambitious launch timeline, that's a bit surprising. Since Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 was one of 2025's biggest hits, a new Kingdom Come game is something that many probably weren't expecting for several more years. However, Warhorse shocked fans earlier this year by revealing that the next chapter in the series could come as soon as 2027.
