Marvel's Ghost Rider Movie Is The Perfect Place To Bring Back Phase 5's Most Wasted Character

There is still a chunk of Phase Six left to go, but Phase Seven of the Marvel Cinematic Universe is already starting to take skeletal shape. At San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel announced that Ryan Gosling will finally be making good on years of teasing by taking the lead in a new Ghost Rider movie, which Deadpool & Wolverine's Shawn Levy will direct. This reboot of the Spirit of Vengeance, previously played by Nicolas Cage in two movies released in 2007 and 2012, is set to ride into theaters some time in 2028.
