It's not unusual for Magic: The Gathering sets to be followed by a substantial Secret Lair drop. So far, this is exclusively a Universes Beyond trait, as cards that couldn't quite make the cut in the main set or had designs seen as better suited to Secret Lair are released shortly after the Standard set launches.
