Magic: The Gathering Marvel Super Heroes Mechanics, Explained

Magic: The Gathering’s upcoming crossover with Marvel Super Heroes is primed to be one of the most ambitious collaborations in the history of the trading card game. The set brings together some of the greatest superheroes from throughout Marvel’s history with the Avengers, The Fantastic Four, and a whole assortment of iconic Villains. Converting such iconic superheroes into a format that both stays true to their superhero roots while not being completely alien to longtime Magic fans was a major challenge for Wizards of the Coast. However, Wizards of the Coast already had a solid foundation to build on for Marvel Super Heroes.
