Destabilization is a mechanic in Ghost Recon Wildlands that represents how much of the Santa Blanca cartel's operations players have disrupted, and Security Destabilization refers to how badly players have messed up the cartel's grasp on Bolivia. The more missions players do in a region, the higher the Destabilization meter rises, and the type of Destabilization you inflict in Wildlandsdepends on the region you're attacking.
