Luto is a capable fighter in DragonSword: Awakening, and one of the few characters who can heal himself with his own ability without consuming meals or potions. As such, you're going to want to level him up, but you're going to need Fruit of Vitality. This is just one of many resources you need to reach a Breakthrough (which you'll get every 10 Levels).
