Hozuki Pouches are your main healing items in Onimusha: Way of the Sword. The very first one you get is as simple as it gets, but if you go out of your way to get materials for Okuni, you'll end up with four other options that each provide very different effects. You can get new Hozuki Pouches in Onimushaonce you enter the Eastern Kyoto region after completing the prologue, but before you can reach all of them, you'll have to proceed through the main story first.
